Meet Our Team

At Adita Women Farmland, we are proud to have a dedicated and passionate team committed to empowering women farmers in Kenya. Our team brings diverse expertise and a shared vision for sustainable agriculture and gender equality. Meet the leaders driving our mission:

GRACE AKINYI – C.E.O

Grace Ochieng leads Adita Women Farmland with a strong passion for empowering women farmers and driving sustainable agricultural innovation. With a background in entrepreneurship and innovation, Grace has dedicated her journey to building practical, community-driven solutions that improve livelihoods and strengthen food systems.

Raised in a rural community, Grace understands firsthand the barriers women face in accessing land, resources, and markets. This inspired her to establish Adita Women Farmland—a platform that provides women with training, livestock opportunities, and guaranteed market access through a unique buy-back dairy model.

Grace’s leadership is rooted in collaboration, working side-by-side with farmers to co-create change. Her vision is to see women farmers not just participate, but lead in shaping resilient, climate-smart agriculture for future generations.
